**By entering Ferry’s Pumpkin Patch, you agree to comply with our rules of conduct which include but are not limited to: no jumping off the hay ride trailer, no walking up the tube slides, no throwing corn or other objects at other people, no climbing on the straw bales except the pyramid, no smoking, vaping, alcohol or pets. You agree that there are inherent risks associated with entering and participating in agritourism activities. You agree that Ferry’s Pumpkin Patch and JY Ferry and Son, Inc are not liable if you contract Covid-19 or are injured participating in the related activities. If you do not comply with our rules you will be asked to leave the premise.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present.  COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death.  According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures for you, our other guests, and employees.  You must follow all posted instructions while visiting Ferry’s Pumpkin Patch, all guests understand and voluntarily assume the risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
